Itinerario
Upon your arrival in Cusco, we will transfer you from the airport to your reserved hotel. Once there, you can enjoy a traditional coca leaf tea, which is recommended to help with acclimatization to the altitude.
We will assist you with check-in and provide information about the tours included in your program, along with helpful tips to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We recommend taking this day to rest and avoid strenuous physical activity, allowing your body to gradually adapt to the high altitude.
- Optional Activity: In the evening, you can enjoy a traditional dance and music performance at the Qosqo Center of Native Art (from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm). We suggest arriving at least 45 minutes early, as spaces are limited and it tends to get crowded. Admission is included in the activity.
Quad Bike Adventure in Cusco - Tour to Moray and Maras: Start your adventure in Cusco with an exciting quad bike tour. After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up between 6:00 am and 7:00 am to begin your adrenaline-filled day. After approximately a 50-minute drive, you will reach the picturesque village of Cruzpata, where our all-terrain vehicle base is located. Here, you will receive a safety briefing from your guide and have a brief 10 to 15-minute practice session to get familiar with the quad.
Quad Bike Tour to Moray and Maras: On your quad bike, you will enjoy a 2-hour ride. The first stop will be Moray, an incredible archaeological site that was used by the Incas as an agricultural laboratory. Your guide will explain the history and secrets of the Moray experimental terraces, a stunning location known for its concentric circular structures.
After exploring Moray, we will park the quads at our Cruzpata base and continue by transport to the famous Maras salt mines, just 15 minutes away. During this short drive, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Verónica and Chicón snow-capped mountains, surrounded by breathtaking nature and local life.
Return to Cusco: After visiting the salt mines, we will head back to Cusco, arriving around 1:30 pm. You will be dropped off at Plaza San Francisco, near the Plaza de Armas, where you can continue exploring the city at your own pace.
Free Afternoon in Cusco: Enjoy the free afternoon in Cusco, where you can visit local markets, explore the historic streets, or simply relax in one of the charming cafes.
Optional Activity - City Tour in Cusco: If you wish, you can add an afternoon City Tour . This activity will take you to the city's most important historic sites, such as the Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun) and the Cusco Cathedral, among others. Be sure to inform us if you wish to participate in this activity when making your reservation or upon arrival in Cusco.

Hotel Pickup in Cusco early in the morning: to start your Humantay Lake adventure tour. Enjoy the stunning Andean landscapes as we drive to the picturesque town of Mollepata, located in the beautiful Apurímac River Valley.
Breakfast in Mollepata: Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional Andean breakfast with the group—perfect to energize yourself for the day ahead.
Journey to Soraypampa:We continue our drive for about one hour to Soraypampa, at 3,900 meters (12,800 ft) above sea level, the starting point of our hike. Here you’ll receive safety tips and guidance to fully enjoy the experience.
Hike to Humantay Lake: Start a 2 km hike to the breathtaking Humantay Lake, located at 4,200 meters (13,800 ft) above sea level. Surrounded by majestic snow-capped peaks, the turquoise waters create one of the most spectacular natural landscapes in the Andes. Take your time to capture unforgettable photos, connect with nature and relax and enjoy the serene environment
Descent to Soraypampa: We descend back to Soraypampa, taking in the incredible Andean scenery along the way.
Lunch in Mollepata: Return to Mollepata for a lunch
Return to Cusco: We drive back to Cusco city center, arriving around 6:00 p.m. and concluding your Humantay Lake day trip—a truly unforgettable adventure in the Peruvian Andes.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Pick-up from your hotel in Cusco between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. in our comfortable tourist transportation. We drive to our private Cusipata river camp, where you can store your luggage and enjoy hot showers, restrooms, a sauna, and a cozy dining area.
Upon arrival, our professional, certified river guides will provide all necessary white water rafting equipment, including helmet, wetsuit, splash jacket, paddle, and a self-bailing raft.
After a comprehensive safety briefing, we continue a short 10-minute drive to Chuqui, the rafting launch point.
Enjoy approximately two hours of rafting through exciting Class III and III+ rapids on the Urubamba River, surrounded by spectacular Andean scenery.
The rafting experience concludes at our riverside lodge, where a freshly prepared hot lunch is served. Afterwards, relax in the sauna.
For those seeking extra adventure, enjoy our zipline experience with two cables, each 100 meters long, crossing the Urubamba River.
Return to Cusco in the late afternoon, arriving at approximately 6:00 p.m.

We begin this exciting adventure with an early morning hotel pick-up. We then travel toward the charming Andean village of Chillihuani, enjoying breathtaking panoramic mountain views along the way.
Upon arrival in Chillihuani, we stop for a breakfast buffet at a local restaurant. After breakfast, we continue by vehicle for approximately 20 minutes to the starting point of our hike to the famous Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca).
The ascent hike takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, gradually leading us to the summit. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the multicolored mountain, with ample time to take photos and enjoy the scenery.
We then begin the descent along the same route, which takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After completing the hike, our transportation will be waiting to take us to a lunch buffet before returning to Cusco.
Arrival in Cusco is estimated at approximately 5:00 p.m., concluding a day filled with adventure, culture, and unforgettable landscapes.

In the morning, we depart from your hotel to begin our exploration of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, visiting some of the most important Inca archaeological sites.
Our first stop is the Taray Viewpoint, where you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Sacred Valley, framed by majestic mountains and crossed by the Vilcanota River.
We then continue to the Pisac Archaeological Complex, where we explore the impressive agricultural terraces and the vast pre-Hispanic cemetery, considered one of the largest in South America.
Afterward, we visit the traditional Pisac handicraft market, followed by a scenic drive through the Urubamba Valley, where we enjoy a delicious buffet lunch .
In the afternoon, we travel to the picturesque town of Ollantaytambo and visit its remarkable Inca fortress and archaeological site.
Later, we board the tourist train from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes). The journey takes approximately 2 hours, offering stunning Andean landscapes along the way.
Upon arrival, transfer to your reserved hotel in Machu Picchu Pueblo.
